Vortragsreihe von Herrn Prof. Wittig an der Universität Ningxia

Im Rahmen einer Chinareise (22.05.- 27.05.2011) hat Herr Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Wittig an der Universität Ningxia eine Vortragsreihe zum Thema "Impact of anthropogenic disturbances, land use and climate change on flora an vegetation - results from Germany and West Africa" durchgeführt.

Die Themen der Vorträge waren:

Anthropogenic landscape changes in prehistoric and medieval times
Changes of biodiversity in the 18th century and the first half of the 19th century
Recent changes of biodiversity and future development.

Während des Chinaaufenthaltes hielt Herr Prof. Wittig zudem ein Seminar zum Thema "Do we need biodiversity?".
